Bob Gaudreau - CEO NOrth America

Bob is a sales and marketing professional with over 30 years experience in building global companies from the ground up, growing both their market footprint and scaling their operational practices alongside driving their desired sales results.

Bob was one of the first employees of Regus, now the worlds largest operator of workplace solutions including executive suites & coworking locations. Bob oversaw its growth from one location in Belgium to over 3500 locations globally, including being responsible for the establishment and growth of the Regus network here in the US.

Bob joined the Provence Rose Group with a specific mission. He wanted to take on a whole new challenge and build something else from the ground up. A regular visitor to Chateau de Berne, Bob fell in love with both the area and it's wines. It's therefore a natural fit that Bob is now able to harness his passion for this style of wine and the Chateau de Berne family of estates and pair it alongside his commerical, sales & marketing experience.

Bob lives with his wife and 3 children in Westchester, NY. 


 

VICTOR LEBEL - OPERATIONS MANAGER

Victor was born & raised in the Champagne region of France. As a result he dedicated his studies to the Wine & Spirits industry. He studies at AvizeVitiCampus, the University in the heart of Champagne & then, to  further develop his knowledge and understanding of wine, he went to the Agronomic University of Montpelier.

Victor has enjoyed working for some of the top Champagne houses & wineries of Bordeaux.

In 2013, he joined the Château de Berne team to focus on development of the French market and then focusing on export markets.

In 2016, he moved to the US in order to become the US brand ambassador for Chateau de Berne wines and it's other estates. In September 2017, Victor joined the Provence Rose Group and was appointed Operation Manager in order to build, the US team and to focus specifically on growing the US market for Chateau de Berne and it's family of estates


 

Daven DeMeyer - Regional Sales Director SouthEast

Daven DeMeyer has come to Provence Rose Group with over 24 years of experience in the wine & spirits industry.  After graduating from Washington State University he went to work for the world’s third largest wine company, The Wine Group for 22 years.  At The Wine Group Daven worked in sales, managed distribution, and launched such popular brands like Cupcake, Chole, Save Me San Francisco, Trapiche, and flipflop wines.  Prior to joining the Provence Rose Group, Daven was Regional Sales Manager for Enovation Brands, the U.S. sales division of EnoItalia, Italy’s largest privately held winery.

Brian Cameron - REGIONAL SALES Director WEST COAST & National Accounts

Brian started his career launching Sutter Home in the mid eighties.  He joined  Robert Mondavi Winery in 1992 where he was Vice President of the western USA for over 19 years and proceeded to run the western division for Constellation Brands USA after the acquisition of Robert Mondavi in 2004. Brian left Constellation in 2009 and started up his own Sales and Marketing Company called First Step Beverage. Brian joined Provence Rose Group in June of 2018 as the Director of National Accounts. Brian and his wife Laura have 5 children and 2 grand kids and love to travel and spend time with the family.

ROCIO GONZALEZ - REGIONAL SALES Director TEXAS, LOUISIANA & OKLAHOMA

Rocio developed an affinity for wine during her long tenure in fine dining restaurants. She transitioned into the world of wholesale in 2003 as a Sales Representative with Glazer’s Wholesale Distributors, where she excelled with her passion and enthusiasm. In 2008, she became the Midwest Regional Sales

Manager for Miner Family Winery, covering the Midwest and Texas.

After five years, Rocio took on the role of National Sales Director for Mollydooker Wines, and then became the Central Regional Sales Manager at Long Meadow Ranch Wine Estates. Most recently she was the Regional Sales Director – South for Dry Creek Vineyard.

Rocio is a Certified Specialist of Wine, and a Certified Sommelier. She lives in Houston, Texas, with her husband Randall and their bulldog Zoe. When she is not traveling, she enjoys spending time with her family, sipping bubbles, or adding to her shoe collection.
